OUR RESIDENT PASTOR
Dominique Ntwali is a passionate servant of Christ with a deep love for people and a calling to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. Bilingual and culturally aware, Dominique carries a heart for unity, discipleship, and building Christ-centered communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and spiritually nourished.

He has faithfully served at All Nations Full Gospel Church, contributing to church planting efforts in Charlottetown (PEI) and Moncton (NB). His ministry journey has included serving in worship, audio and technical ministry, leadership support, and small group discipleship.
Wherever there has been a need, he has been willing to serve. Dominique also has a strong passion for music and carries a genuine heart of worship, believing that worship creates space for lives to encounter the presence of God.

A graduate of the MIT Program (Class of 2020), Dominique also served as the Moncton Pastor, helping to shepherd, teach, and strengthen the local body of Christ. His leadership is rooted in prayer, biblical truth, and a genuine desire to see individuals grow into mature followers of Jesus.
Dominique’s vision for Winnipeg is to see a vibrant, Spirit-filled church that reaches the city with hope, raises strong families, equips believers for purpose, and reflects the love of Christ in everyday life. He believes the church should be a place where faith comes alive, community feels like family, and every person is empowered to walk in their God-given calling.
